For a variety of extra storage needs, cardboard storage boxes offer a relatively low cost solution that requires no assembly or installation. There are many kinds of boxes for holding items that are used rarely or need to be put away for the season. They can be stacked on closet shelves or slid under a bed, where they are out of sight.

This is a huge savings over solid, bulky furniture pieces that may take up too much space, cannot be easily moved, must be assembled and cost far more.
